The service was top-notch with helpful staff assisting us throughout our stay, from the manager to the housekeepers. The location, near the center of Hull with lawned gardens, was convenient, but it could get noisy in the morning due to the proximity to a laundry store. The dining experience, with tasteless fried tomatoes and tired-looking fried eggs, was a letdown despite the nice views. The hotel facilities were decent overall.
